I need to cancel a subscription I can't access as I'm being asked for a code I can't get.
Hi there,
I have 2 dropbox accounts. I am unable to sign into my other dropbox account as the email address is from a workplace I am no longer at, I no longer have access to it. I have forgotten the password to the account and can't reset it because I don't have access to the email. I need to cancel the premium Dropbox subscription on the account and delete the account.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hi Rich,
Thank you for the prompt response. Unfortunately the credit card payment checking is not working, as it won't flag which old work email account it is attached to, so I can't verify it. Working in incognito sends me to the normal cancellation link help pages, which is ok for you to cancel a current account, but no help to cancel an account for an email you don't have access to anymore.
Cna we arrange a conversation through email to work through the issue? Thank you.

I have seen similar posts in the Community forums. Is there a way to get the 2-step authentication emails sent to my current email attached to this dropbox account instead and simply log in from there and cancel it?
