How to update my payment method on a Basic account?
Hi Dropbox Community,
Can anyone explain to me how to update my payment method for a standard account? When I go to billing, I'm not given the option of updating. I cannot get in touch with anybody...

When you say "standard account" would you mind clarifying the exact plan you're using on your end?
Do you have an individual, or Team account?

Hi Megan,
Thanks for your reply! The email says I was "downgraded" to a "basic" plan (because my card is not working). So I guess it's the basic plan. It's just $ 7.99 p/month.

Hi from me as well, dfgfdfger4! If you’re currently on a Basic plan, then you won’t be able to update your billing info as this plan is free of charge.
You can upgrade your Dropbox account again though to the plan you previously had from this page. Please try to do so and let me know if you face any trouble along the way.
