How to change my plan, into a cheaper one?
how do I change my dropbox subscription? We are home users, My subscription cost went from $120 to $204 from 2020 to 2021. There is another increase in the annual cost pending. I like dropbox, but it seems I am paying for unnecessary services. I only want shared cloud storage for 2 people.
Thanks for advice

All Dropbox plans are viewable at www.dropbox.com/plans
Also note that it is against the T&C's to have multiple people using 1 log on - accounts can (and do) get disabled and all data deleted for this

It seems you are far more aware of Dropbox accounts. I am not. I do not know what plan I am on. I know it has dramatically increased in cost. I am sure I clicked a box but now I want to only pay for what we use. We have two users. We have dropbox on 2 desktop computers, 1 Ipad, 1 Samsung tabletand 2 samsung phones. I really would like to talk to dropbox help, but talking does not seem to be an option.

Hi lynnhamptonKY, I hope you're doing well!
You can see more in regards to your Dropbox subscription right here.
Also, as Mark mentioned, you can see all the available plans on the link he provided, and decide to go from there. However, I can also help you and give my input, with some additional info, such as the plan you have at the moment, and if you're paying annually or monthly.
Keep me posted!
