How can I sign up to Dropbox with a work email?

How can I sign up to Dropbox with a work email.  I require to use Drop Box for a certain delivery however drop box will not let me sign up with the work email, it complains about the domain and says...

What is the exact message you're getting when attempting to sign up with a work email address?

 

Could you attach a screenshot showing this, while hiding your email and any other personal info?
