Getting an error that my account is inactive and to contact admin
Please I need some help ASAP. I've been using dropbox for over 10 years as a repository for all my archived business files. To say that the files are critical is a massive understatement and represent a decade of work!
I tried a team account and that lapsed under the email
A member of that team is the primary account I need to re-activate
I am currently logged in with a third account i don't use very often as it is the only way to access support and this community
when i try to login to i get a message "account inactive, contact team admin" but the team is no longer active as it is disabled.
I am freaking out here as if i lose these files I'm really dead in the water.
can anyone please help me??
