Hey Aditya11, let's see what we can find about this!

Do you see a specific message/error when trying to sign into your Dropbox account?

If you check your emails, do you have any communication from us there informing you about your account?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

It says that the account has been marked as inactive/ unknown error please contact dropbox customer support.

And i checked my emails, but there was no mail mentioning something related to inactivity

Hi Aditya11, thanks for the info!

Did you have an individual account, or were you part of a Dropbox Team?

In any case, I'd suggest that you open a ticket with our Support, in order for them to have a closer look into this, since it would require account-specific info.
