Dropbox is taking unauthorised money out of my account

Dropbox is still taking money from my account months after I deleted the account, there is no way I can contact Dropbox to discuss this. Drobox please get in contact with me urgently.

    Hey Colleen Tunny, sorry to hear about this.

    If the payments are made with a credit card, try our lookup tool here, which should show you the email address of the account; is it the same as the one you deleted?

    In any case, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly. You can do that by following these steps:

    1. Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
    2. Choose your issue.
    3. Click on "this did not solve my issue".
    4. Click "submit a request" to submit your help request.

     

    Let us know when you have your ticket number.
