Cancel Dropbox subscription without work email access

Hello - I just realized I have been charged for a Dropbox account subscription for my previous employment account which I no longer have access to. The charge went on 11/15. I would like to see how I can cancel the subscription since I no longer have access to the account and also, would like to request refund since I no longer use the accounts Please advise.

Thank you!

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. Go through the options and click the This did not solve my issue button. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Support will assist you in cancelling the current subscription, but you likely won't receive a refund. In most cases, subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
