You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. I would like to see how I can cancel the subscription since I no longer have access to the account and also, would like to request refund since I no longer use the accounts
Support will assist you in cancelling the current subscription, but you likely won't receive a refund. In most cases, subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
