I did not try to upgrade it, I didn't even know about it. I noticed it on my statement. I have been billed $19.99 to my visa since april. Every time I tried to get support it told me to login and I cant.

I see, thank you for clarifying. When checking your bank statement though, there’s no mention of iTunes/Google Play, just Dropbox, correct?
