Can I get a refund for a recent charge?
Hello Dropbox community, my name is Lucas and I’m from Montevideo, Uruguay. I created an account to use for a week, and then that account remained open with a subscription that was charged.
Yesterday, I was charged $199 for a plan. I kindly ask that you refund that money as this is a mistake.
I have already canceled the subscription, but I really need help with this.

Dropbox typically handles refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If you want to request a refund, you’ll need to contact support for assistance. Go to https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues to start the process.
Visit the support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account or the Community Forum, and you’ll see an option for Billing issues. -It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in-
