Recent issues with Dropbox integration in Salesforce?

Has anyone had any recent issues with the Dropbox integration for Salesforce?  We've been using it successfully for 8+ years, and it stopped working just last week.  We (all users) are getting the following message when Salesforce tries to connect, and Dropbox has been unable to help: 

 

Script-thrown exception

An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (Dropbox_for_SF)

  • The latest Dropbox update for Salesforce in the AppExchange did resolve my issues (1.704).  I just installed a few minutes ago, and so far, so good.  Hopefully no new issues were introduced with this update

    Hello! Our company is having the exact same problem since yesterday. Were you able to solve it?

    We created a case with Dropbox as well but they haven't fixed it yet.

    Since yesterday, dropbox decided to stop our operation, we are completely impacted and having several problems, I opened Ticket #23803350 but so far I have not received a response or solution

    We are having the same issue and are at a standstill with the only response from Dropbox coming at 3 am CST.  I have called twice to escalate but have yet to hear anything else on it, ticket 23799690.  Extremely frustrating...

      Hey jlw787s, thanks for posting here! 

       

      I was able to locate your ticket number, and raised the priority to "High" in order to expedite the case. 

       

      However, keep in mind that our specialized agents require more time in order to look at certain cases, and they have up to 24 hours in order to reply back.

    We are experiencing the same issue with our Salesforce account while using the Salesforce Dropbox package. This is an urgent matter, and we have not found a solution. We contacted Salesforce, and they informed us that the package is maintained by Dropbox, so they are unable to assist further.

        Our company is also dealing with this issue. I cant seem to find a resolution to this. Created a ticket and havent heard back from the assigned Support Specialist (Tommy). Can someone help and expedite this request. Our company is unable to complete our tasks as we rely heavily on this integration to Salesforce Ticket #23803970
