Access deceased family account
Hi there, I hope you are well. I would like to access my deceased fathers account, as he has so many pictures that mean a lot to me and my Mum. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Man...

Hey sarah copland, thank you for reaching out to our Community.
I'm so sorry for your loss.. Were you able to contact our support team through the info Rich gave you?
Or would you like me to send you an email myself?
Let me know.

Hi Hannah,
My wife and I are in the same situation as this person. My wife's father passed away and while clearing out their house I put all his documents/images/videos on HIS drop box account. I have the user name and password and was planning to download them when I got home. It took me some time to get to this and now when I try to log into his account it's using two-factor authentication and I can no longer access the email to retrieve the code. We have all his details and his account is even sharing some items on my account. My wife is also his executor. I read through the previous thread but I was not able to see how to open a ticket from the links on the thread.
Wonder if you might be able to help us work through this.
Much appreciated.

Could I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
Keep me posted!

Yes of course. Can you send a dm through this system or should I post my email here?

Hi @mmenzies33
Its a while since you posted this but were you able to access your wifes fathers account in the end as I am still struggling to access my Dads account?
@Jay @Megan is there anything you can do to help please?
Many thanks

Your post got me looking at this again. I was able to create the same email address and was hoping to get the access code from the two factor authorization. The code never arrived. I assume it's because you need to "Trust this computer" when you login on a new device. So my computer was never trusted. Very frustrating.
