Hello,
I want to disable backups because apparently it is now preventing me from saving Adobe Photoshop files even though I am not backing up that folder. I was able to save without issue before I set up the dropbox backup. The instructions tell me I have to sign-in to the device to manage the backup. I am signed in to the device but dont see an option to disable this backup. Please help me turn this off. Thank you!

I assume you figured this out, but in case not:
- Click on Dropbox icon at top/right of your screen.
- Click on your circular profile pic.
- Choose Preferences
- Choose Backups tab.
- Click on Manage backups
- Look for the Disable backup option.
I just wasted half a day dealing with this bull**bleep** too. Imagine my surprise when I suddenly couldn't export any of my Photoshop files for a client presentation. YAY! How is that acceptable

Hi myralynn, I'd be happy to help with that!
Can you try accessing your app's preferences, then follow the steps shown in this Help Center article on how you can disable Backup?
If you struggle with any of the steps, let me know.
Thanks!
