"There's a Problem with this Request" when logging in desktop app on Mac
Have correct user and password, get this error when logging in on Desktop App:

Did you make sure to follow these steps as well during the process artbytar ?

Hey there artbytar, sorry to see you're having issues with this.
If you happen to be on the Basic plan, have you ensured that you have no more than 3 devices connected to your account as you might be hitting the device limit?
If that's not the case, you could try temporarily disabling any security software you might have running on your computer and try again.

Thanks! I am on the basic plan, but I have checked devices and I only currently have my phone connected. I'm not running any security software except for what is built into Mac Ventura OS. I recently upgraded to the new M2 MacBook Pro and it does seem to be locked down with all kinds of security, so I suspect that's the issue, but I think I have given dropbox access to everything I know to give it access to....so I'm still stumped. It was working fine on my old MacBook Pro.

Thanks Walter! I had to give those other areas outlined in the "Steps" document access and was finally able to log into the desktop app.
