What happens when my trial expires?

Hello, when the 3-month trial period expires, if I don't buy it. Is my information deleted? Or is there a download restriction? Thanks.

Hey serdar78 - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!

Your information won't be deleted and you won't have any restrictions on downloading the files you've stored in your Dropbox account when your trial ends.

Just to make sure we're on the same page though, can you please clarify if you're referring to a trial for one of the individual Dropbox plans or to a team plan instead?

In the meantime, you can have  a look here too.

Keep us posted with any updates!

Just to add to this, if you dont cancel the trial your account is automatically upgraded and your card charged - as per agreement when upgrading. There are also no refunds (unless required by law) so make sure its cancelled a few days in advance.
