The Dropbox desktop app blocks Clipboard

I'm using Dropbox on my PC, and sometimes I run into inconvenient situations, so I'd like to ask a question.
I installed Dropbox on my PC and designated a dropbox folder.
However, I don't know exactly what situation it is when Dropbox synchronizes.

Suddenly my clipboard doesn't work.

Control C+V does not work.

 

It doesn't work all at once, you have to try several times for it to work. So it is very inconvenient when working with Excel or Word.

If you force quit the Dropbox app, the symptom goes away. Also, the chat window of the messenger app (e.g. KakaoTalk) disappears to block chatting.

Has anyone experienced these symptoms?
Even if I change the PC, I have the same symptoms.

Even though I searched, I couldn't find anyone experiencing the same symptoms as me.

    It's very strange that this is caused by Dropbox.

     

    What is your Windows version?

     

    Also, what is the sync status and version of the Dropbox app?

     

    You can hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray for this info.

     

    Let me know and we'll go from there.

      My Windows version is Windows 10 22H2(OS Build 19045.3930).
      My computer have AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 3995WX, 256GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090.

      Dropbox version - v190.4 6383

      And what is sync syatus??? latest state?
      I'm using Windows in Korean, so I don't know the exact expression in English.

      Is there any more information I should give you?

        Hey Rapoo! You can find the syncing status of your Dropbox app by clicking on the small Dropbox icon in your system tray. The syncing status should be at the bottom (syncing/up to date etc). 

         

        Also, to clarify, is this something that’s only happening for your Dropbox files, or are you encountering the same behavior when working with other files/folders on your computer?

    Hi, we are experiencing the same issue.

     

    Make and Model: Dell Inc. (Latitude 5540)

    Name: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
    Windows Version: 10.0.22631

    Dropbox - Dropbox, Inc. - 208.4.5824

     

    Closing Dropbox fixes it, but it fails again immediately upon opening Dropbox
