New file structure to Desktop App

I just noticed that the desktop app now takes me to a user file before I move to my shared Dropbox for Business files.  Each user at my company now has a user folder.  I didn't make that change. Is that something from a new Dropbox for Business download or it a Windows 11 thing?  So, now my file stucture looks like this:

Dropbox>User Name>Shared File structure

Before, it looked like this:

Dropbox>Shared File Structure

Some folks are having sync issues so I'm trying to diagnose if this is causing it.

Hey Miriam J.3, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Am I correct to assume that you're talking about the changes outlined in this Help Center article?

If you could also elaborate on the syncing issue you mentioned, I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks!

This is exactly the help article I was looking for! I'm not the admin, but I am the troubleshooter so I wasn't aware of the changes coming up. I'm not convinced that the two are related, but I wanted to read up on the change to see.
