Log in loop when trying to install the app.

My Windows desktop has just been changed over to a new hard drive and I have re-installed the Dropbox app, however I get stuck in a loop where a dialogue box tells me to continue to my browser to sign in. Then my browser tells me that I am signed in, but the dialogue box refuses to move on. I have tried clearing caches and uninstalling and re-installing, but no change. Please help.

Hey The Head! Can you try to remove the desktop that shows as an incomplete install, and try again? If this doesn’t help, please try an advanced reinstall instead to see if it helps.

Hi The Head, let's jump right into this!

So, just to make sure we're on the same page here, when you click "Open Dropbox" does the page stay like that?

If you're on a Basic plan, can you check your Security tab online and make sure that you have less than 3 devices connected to your account, and that this doesn't interfere with the installation of the app on the device?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Thanks for the quick response Megan. Yes, the page stays as the screenshot. I have checked the security tab and I only have three devices listed: my work desktop, my laptop and my phone, although it also has my desktop listed as installation incomplete.
