iOS App extremely slow
Is there a reason why the iOS app (up to date, iPhone 13 Pro) takes at least 30+ seconds to load each level of a directory tree, regardless of how many files or subfolders are inside it? It’s kind of ridiculous and I don’t remember it ever being this bad before.
Hi SGalbraith, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?
Keep me updated with any progress!

I have Dropbox Plus. Deleting and reinstalling the app worked. Thanks!
