I am getting a error when I try to sign into my dropbox account. "Sign-in Failed The operation couldn't be completed (dropbox.com error 400)". My issues started with LiquidText not connecting / not allowing me to download pdfs into the app. I have restarted my iPad (running 11.2.6) many times (upwards of 10). Have restored my iPad twice. I can log use the app to log into a brand new dropbox account. I have reset my dropbox password. Now, neither dropbox nor Liquidtext are working.
Thanks!

I'm having the same issue on my new iPad Pro. I can log into the website fine, and I can also access Dropbox on my iPhone 8. I just can't log in on the iPad, I keep getting the 400 error message. Help?

Yes, I was. I was also logged on on my other iPhone (also running current software). It was really bizzare! Thanks for responding though!
- Mark7 years agoSuper User IISounds like LiquidText have broke something in a recent update on the iPad side of things. Odd.

Hi,
Can you share the info located at the log file:
on ipad/iphone
Get crash logs directly from your iPhone/IPad
- On your iPhone/Ipad, navigate to the Settings app
- Go to Privacy
- Go to Diagnostics & Usage
- Go to Diagnostic & Usage Data
- You will see an alphabetical list all crash logs on your device
- Hint: Once you’ve entered the crash log, you can long-press to select all of the text and copy to your clipboard.
Cheers

Wow! Glad to know I wasn't the only one. As of this morning, dropbox is now working. But, I'm still having issues with its connection to LiquidText. But, I think that's an issue for them, not here. I did need to work last night, too. Oh well. Glad its working now!
- Mark7 years agoSuper User IIMake sure you are using the most recent versions of LiquidText - older ones probably wont work now as Dropbox depreciated some old API recently

Yes, everything's updated. Or as updated as they can be (meaning as updated as possible within App Store). Truth be told, this slight glitch has made me leery of LiquidText's back-ups (there's no separate back-up, just the one buried within the app that saves in my iPad's Cloud backup - so the only way to recover data is by restoring a iPad via backup), so I'm now looking for a different method for my reading of pdfs.
