Hey esnyder! Sorry to hear about this issue.
Have you restarted your computer, since this started happening?
If you did, and it didn't help, I’d suggest an advanced reinstall as well (just make sure you’re not on a free Basic plan with more than 3 devices linked).

Hey esnyder - sorry to jump in here, but do you happen to be running any security software on the affected computer?
If so, could you temporarily disable them and try again?
Otherwise, you can also try creating a new OS profile and install the desktop app there.
