I just made a new dropbox account using my university email (not this account). I don't receive the verification email. I have added added no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact but I still don't get the email. I bought DropBox ONLY because it had the Send and Track feature. Am I correct in understanding, that: That it no longer functions and I should another service, open a separate account (both DropBox AND Send and track subscription) or what should I do? That I cannot find my old reports? Because no matter where I look, I cannot find anything on videos that I previously had connected to Send and Track. PLEASE allow us to restrict the ability of external users to delete files and folders in a shared folder. I just ran into an issue where a user, that had edit permission, deleted all of the files and folders in a shared folder. Allow us to restrict the ability to delete by users. Or change the view permission to upload files and folders. This seems so easy to do, yet it doesn't happen. If I'm missing a setting, please enlighten me. I've mistakenly upgraded my Dropbox storage plan with my wrong email address. I've had an account for years with 2TB storage and it was nearing full, so received many reminders to upgrade. What I think I then did was to pay for a new account by accident by using a wrong email address in the process. Spotting this I want to know how I can unwind this - one account all paid up? However I am part of a family plan and the credit card used to pay for this is my partners, which has not expired. Is this a bug? I have the problem with updating my payment info while my card expired. I connected to staff and they ask a billion questions. After they could not solve the problem one of support guys suggested to downgrade my account to Basic and then upgrade it.
