Shared files from a deleted account still appear in my Dropbox
My colleague has deleted their account, but 4 sizeable shared files still appear in my account, taking up space. Can anyone help? Many thanks!
I think I have resolved it - I have managed to delete the files! Many thanks for your time.

You'll need to transfer ownership of the shared folder to another team member or leave the shared folder, otherwise the contents of the shared folder may still be in your account.
Here's how to transfer or leave
Sign in to dropbox.com.
Select All files in the left sidebar.
Right-click the shared folder, and select Share.
To transfer ownership of a shared folder to another team member, click the three dots next to their name, and select Make owner.
To leave the shared folder, select Remove access at the bottom.
This will remove the shared folder from your account and free up space in your dropbox.

Many thanks for this; I still can't solve it.
- I cannot change any settings for these files as I am not the owner. The (previous) owner of the files cannot make any changes as they have deleted their account completely.
- When I click on one of the files for 'Share', I cannot see a 'Remove' option anywhere. (am I looking in the wrong place maybe? I'm clicking on Share on the highlighted file.)
