Referrals ineligible
Hello,
I have at least 4 people that have accepted and downloaded DB from my invitations. AFTER they did, DB suddenly marked them as ineligible. I want my space. Please help.
Hi Queen22, let's see what I can do to help!
I just sent you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this. Respond back to me, and we'll take it from there.
Cheers!

Did they each download and install the Dropbox application on a unique computer? If not, the referral will be marked as ineligible. Note that mobile devices do not count towards referrals.

Hi there,
Two of them downloaded on the same PC (but different accounts).
Thanks,

Hi, I sent out three referrals today. One of them worked fine, the other two both resulted in "Ineligible" tags in my "From Referrals" section. At least one of those two users is certain he had never had an account, the third person might have had a prior account, she's not sure. So at least 2 of the 3 should definitely have worked. We think the third should have also, but aren't absolutely certain on that.

This may mean that the recipient already has an account with Dropbox, or that the recipient is attempting to register with the same computer as you. also if they download the dropbox on their phone , this is not counting
