Quicken Coupon 5G Not Working. "Coupon has already been applied"

Have an existing dropbox account with 2gb of storage.   Tried using the Quicken Coupon for 5gb of storage and it comes back saying "Coupon has already been applied"!  Well, it hasn't and my account is still at 2gb.  Anyone have any ideas of how to resolve this?  Chatbox got me nowhere...

    You need to contact Intuit (Quicken) and ask them for a new code. This is a regular issue that only they can resolve for you.
