My account says it's full, but when I log in I only see one folder. How do I see all of my files?
I hve downloaded dropbox to see some old files. It tells me that my drop box is full, but when i log in, i can only see one folder when there should be many more. this folder that is in there, wouldnt be using all the space. I want to view my drop box and delete some files to get me below the threshold so i dont need to update. Do i need to upgrade my account to see all my files?

Having a full Dropbox doesn't prevent you from seeing any files. Whatever you see when you sign in to Dropbox.com is everything in your account. Be sure to check your Backups page as well.
