Storage space allegedly full but only 158.7 MB/2.75 GB used
Hello!
I cannot transfer my videos from my iphone 7 to dropbox. My drobpox is empty and the storage counter on the app confirms this: 158.7 MB/2.75 GB used
However, I keep receiving the message that my storage is full. My dropbox is empty. Can you please offer an extremely detailed walkthrough that will allow me to complete this transfer? I have found similar articles on the web, I followed advice and it does not help. The videos are work related and I am getting mad here. Thank you for your help

If its saying that it sounds like the files are too big and will go over your quota if uploaded, therefore, it wont allow them to do it. Could you maybe try uploading one at a time?
Thank you for helping me. The answer is that the files are not that big - 5 files 8 min video in total - nothing at all for an empty dropbox. However, nothing works

Check www.dropbox.com/backups - that doesnt show on the main quota screens.
