We appreciate your sharing your thoughts about the recent change made to the Dropbox team quota allowance. We understand your concerns that the total quota on your account would be reduced at the end of October 2024, as mentioned in the original email sent to you in November 2023, and that any data over the allowance after that date would be deleted.
As you are already in contact with the support team via email, I'd recommend continuing your communication with them as they have further insight into your account-specific details.

Hi .... It's so disappointing to read these reviews with regards to the removal of the unlimited data feature.
I can't help feeling that genuine existing customers like the above, University's, etc should have been either ring-fenced or given more time or resources when requested. Any new customers get the latest updated data plans.
The service abusers should have been quickly removed before they had got established!
Definitely a Dropbox low point .... 😥
