Why can't I find my backup files online?

I have had a big backup going for several days now. The counter says it is 71% complete. Around 250 gigs have uploaded.

But when I go to my Dropbox folder, all I see is one file, an instructional pdf which was there to begin with. With so much data already uploaded, why am I seeing none of it in the Dropbox folder?

With all due respect, I find the interface to be completely non-intuitive. But maybe it's just me.

  • Thanks very much for getting back to me, but I've solved my problem.

I finally figured out that when I click the icon, then in the box I need to click on the name of the drive, and THEN I get the window that has the button for seeing the backed up files.

The drive shows up there. Thanks.

But there it shows that the backup is Done. Whereas the counter now says it's 72% done. Why the discrepancy?

Hey DigiDean! Do you mind sending over a screenshot of what you see on your Backups page online vs what you see locally, so that we may have a visual?

Let me know when you’re ready.
