Using Drop Box as a Content Management Repository
Hello,
I'm new to Drop Box and my company, so need to know if I can use Drop Box as a content management repository. I'll have multiple partners that I will want to set up to access select files - is this a good tool for that or should I use something else?
For example:
-I'll have a set of marketing materials to share: logos, brand guidelines, ads, fliers, videos, etc. that I'll want to share with multiple partners.
-I'll also have a set of materials that will only go to 1 partner.
Is this a good tool for that OR should I use something else?
I welcome any thoughts. Thanks! Launna @ Brain Brew Custom Whiskey.

Hi Launna - Brain Brew Whiskey, thanks for posting today.
You can create shared links to folders for other people without Dropbox accounts to access. view and download the files.
I would recommend being aware of the daily bandwidth limits for files, which can be found here.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
