The "manage hard drive space" and "make online-only" options aren't working on my Mac device
I am using a macbook pro 2014 OS 10.15.5
I do not have right click option "make online only".
I have the right click option "manage hard drive space", however when I use this feature to "move to online-only" the files do not become online-only, the icon next to the file remains a green tick, if I re-open the right click "manage hard drive space" window, after a few seconds the folder I just tried to make online-only reappears.
Dropbox has full disk access, and accessibility, and I have uninstalled an re-installed to no avail.
I would like to have the option "make online only" and for the "manage hard drive space" to work.
Many thanks for any help!

Thanks for posting this on our forum, Duncan00!
Can you clarify what’s the current location of your local Dropbox folder, as it shows under the Sync tab of your app preferences?
Also, if you look at your computer’s menu bar, do you see the small Dropbox icon at the moment? What’s the syncing status it reports?
Finally, I’d like a screenshot of the context menu you get when right clicking on your files/folders to have a visual.
Let me know when you’re ready.

Hi Nancy,
Thanks for your reply.
The location of dropbox folder is Users/***/Dropbox
Sync Status is "Your files are up to date"
In the sync tab of my app preferences there only have two items: "Selective Sync", and "Dropbox folder location" I am mentioning this because on my other computer there are more options...
Screenshot attached of the right click options.
Many thanks!
