Synchronize files without overwriting previous ones. (following a disconnection)
Hello,
My question is quite simple. I want to upload a lot of large files to a dropbox folder that already contains some from my hard drive. I had to interrupt the previous upload, and now it...

Hi Manu8765, there's no way to resume the upload, using the website unless you start it anew.
Of course, you can always use the app to sync content to the web, which will let you know if any files have the same name, and allow you to skip these.
As for your structure inside your Dropbox folder on your device, you can choose to make any changes there, and as long as the app is updated, the content along with the structure will sync to your account online, and other devices too.
I hope this clarifies.

Hi @Megan ,
Thanks you so much.
I used the website. I had to close the windows, don't remember how !
Currently, I'm not sure if the content of my offline folder and my online folder is the same.
Regarding my second question, this is just an example.
I want for example from the dropbox folder on the computer to be able to move a folder1\XYZ\ to folder2\ABC\ something like that.
I would just like to have the choice of the organization of the folders to be able to choose where my offline directory will go to the online.
Thanks ! 🙂
