- 4 years agoHi foolio, it looks like you're following the the steps to 'share' a file by using Dropbox, instead of saving it to Dropbox, hence why it's asking you for an email address to share it to.
Could you try scrolling down the original options to find one that says save or add to Dropbox? You might need to expand the options or edit them to view all choices.

Hi Hannah. The word cancel is blue (so 'live'); but the word 'Post', the 'Message (optional)' section are grey. In the 'Save To' section it has managed to select the folder I want to drop into, but it's just that the Post option remains grey.

- foolio4 years agoExplorer | Level 4Thanks Jay. That insight led me to check the app options that come up (clicking on the 3 dots to see more). I removed then ‘added’ Dropbox as an app (again) and that has fixed it.
