Dropbox app's stuck syncing files.

Since yesterday, file synchronization has not progressed.

    Thanks for your post, EDEGER.

Can you send over a few more details on the issue?

For example, what’s the current syncing status and app version of your desktop app? What’s the number of files that it’s stuck syncing?

Feel free to send me any relevant screenshots.

    Ping me when you’re ready.

    Hello

    Thank you for helping me

    Since yesterday, suddenly no synchronization.

It is happening in my work´s computer, but no problem at all at my home´s computer.

It changes between 48 and 50 files, but it stays there static. I've been using Dropbox for years and this is the first time this has happened to me.

I imagine that the app version is v212.4.5767 ??? as it appears on this preference box

Thanks for all the screenshots, EDEGER! And yes, that’d be your desktop app version.

It may be trivial, but have you restarted your work device in the meantime? Does the app get stuck at the same number of files, if it’s been restarted?

If you open your local Dropbox folder, can you see approximately which files have been stuck syncing?

I have restarted the computer several times and the same problem persists.
I cannot see which files have been blocked from synchronization, although I can see some of them in my local folders on the disk without the symbol of having been synchronized.

It seems like one file is stuck in sync, but how do I identify which one? And once identified, delete it from my local folder to unblock the sync.
