I can't preview or download a dc2 file from the website

While I was trying to download a dc2 pack I couldn't download cause it can't be previewed. I have 40 gb of storage and this pack does take up too much storage either, how do I fix this?

    Hi there direfires23 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    It's normal that you can't preview this file on the website, but may I ask how large is it since you should be able to download and preview it locally on your devices normally as long as you have the right software? 

     

    Can you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if you get the same results?
