Moving files to online-only is not working on macOS 10.13.6
I've been trying to move files or folders to online-only for three weeks now, and it never works. I do NOT see the option to move a particular file to online-only when right-clicking on its name, ...

Can you please go to this page in your account settings and make sure that the Dropbox system extension is enabled?

Hello Hannah,
It appears the Dropbox system extension is enabled.
But, I see that the "Online-only files on Mac" option is disabled.
The description seems to indicate that this option only affects the displayed file size; but it may be worth a try?

I don't think that setting would make any difference on the particular issue, but you're welcome to enable it, it definitely won't hurt!
Also, if you haven't already, try to reboot the computer as well, to see if that helps.
