Is there a way to link a network drive to Dropbox?
I am attempting to share a folder with multiple people who will only need to view the folder. However, changes will still be made in the original folder (a new file added, changes to an existing file, etc.) and I would like for those changes to be reflected in Dropbox. Is this possible to do? I am new to Dropbox, so I apologize if this is a basic question.

No.
