I'm having problems synchronizing files in two specific folders on my MacBook
Hello, how are you? I hope everyone is well
, I am currently facing a problem with my MacBook, where after I was forced to update its version, my Dropbox stopped syncing my files. It gets stuck on 120 files and these are always files from two specific folders. In the log, it says that the file is in use, but only I was using it, no one else, and they were not open. I have tried everything, reinstalled, installed in 4 different versions, checked the firewall, cleared the cache, and tried to sync folder by folder, but we got the same result. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I have been facing this problem for over a week now 😞

Hi Gustavo Baer, thanks for messaging the Community.
Could you try quitting all open apps and programs on your computer to see if this helps those folders to sync?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Gustavo Baer,
Sync engineer here. It looks like the particular issue you're running into is one that we made some improvements for in v204 (currently in beta). That version will make it to the stable channel in a week or so. You can wait until then or try installing the beta build manually.
Hopefully that will make things substantially smoother for you!
