I can't share files or folders because of "A violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service" message
Hello,
I've been having trouble sharing a file or folder for days I always get the message:
Can’t share file
We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement.
Before I had never seen any email or notice about this.
Can you help me look into this problem?
Many thanks,
Hoa Nguyen

Hi Hoanguyen2, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
In general, you would receive this message when going over your daily bandwidth limits for your Dropbox account and plan.
Did you receive any email regarding this matter?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks, Jay,
Usually, I will receive notifications from Dropbox that the storage capacity is almost full or should upgrade to a higher version for more advanced functions.
As for the violations of Dropbox's terms, there has not been any notification to my email. Therefore, I am not sure which Dropbox terms I have violated when my storage capacity is at 70%.

This message isn't related to the quota amount on your account, but the daily limits when using shared links and file requests. It could also be related to the content you share.
Is any of that possible from what you saw on the article?
