I can't share files or folders because of "A violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service" message

I've been having trouble sharing a file or folder for days I always get the message:
Can’t share file
We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of S...

Usually, I will receive notifications from Dropbox that the storage capacity is almost full or should upgrade to a higher version for more advanced functions.
As for the violations of Dropbox's terms, there has not been any notification to my email.
Therefore, I am not sure which Dropbox terms I have violated when my storage capacity is at 70%.

Uhm, I think this issue is not related to the content or the titles of the shared files.
These folders I have been sharing with 3 other people before (last year and last month) and now I want to share them with 1 more person. I even tried with all the folders and could not share any folder with others. (T_T)- Jay
