Files shared via links in emails to me aren't working

I recently acquired a new client sharing data with my business via Dropbox with email links. My client's Dropbox folder notification in my email link = the folder and files do not exist. On my client's laptop, I can see the folders. this is an issue they are having with other suppliers.  This is my first time using Dropbox. This is rather disappointing.  This is an issue with many people using Dropbox = google it.

what is the solution?  I use Zoho WorkDrive as it works for me and has no workflow issues.

Hi MDM3, thanks for messaging the Community!

Could you attach a screenshot showing the email you received regarding this matter?

Does the folder link look similar to dropbox.com/test/myclientfiles, or dropbox.com/scl/fi/usng018n2... ?

This will help me to assist further!

        Thanks for the screenshot, MDM3.

Can you also answer Jay's question about how the links look like when you receive them?
