Differences & benefits of syncing the Desktop folder vs backing it up?
I just saw and turned on the backup option...
I've had the primary my pc/desktop folders UNSYNCED because it seemed redundant from all my primary files/folders I keep within dropbox already but..

Hey justin h.2, thanks for posting here!
Dropbox Backup lets you back up key folders, such as “Desktop”, “Documents” and “Downloads” to Dropbox.
Essentially, any changes you make to those folders on your computer or in Dropbox will continuously sync to both. Once your folders and files are backed up to Dropbox, you’ll be able to recover your content at any time.
That is the main difference between manually backing up your Desktop, and using our Backup feature.
