Can't copy view-only link when sharing folders in Desktop client

Hi!   When I want to create a view-only shared link for a folder (which I can't do as the default behaviour when I press "copy link"), there is no way to get the link in the Dropbox desktop client....

    You mentioned that you wanted to create a view-only shared link, while using the desktop app.

     

    Have you tried these steps, in order to create the link through your app?
