Permanently deleted files

Hi,

We have have an employee resign and permanently delete files. Can I get a log that shows who and when the files were deleted?

Thanks

Hi there factory3012, thanks for joining our Community.

You can find all the information you need about deletions in your events page

If you're an admin on a Dropbox for Business teams account, you can also check your team's activity as outlined here.

    I hope this helps!

      Thanks for the reply @Walter

Is there a way to create a repot of events from a user over a date range?

        Yes, there is indeed factory3012

You can navigate to the Activity tab from your Admin Console and generate a report (this will be exported in CSV) by using the relevant option and the filters that suit your needs to narrow down your search results.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
