I THINK I DELETED MY FILE BY MISTAKE !!!! help

I need to recover my file
unfortunately I don’t remember when I deleted ! or is permenatly or not
but really really need it back for my client please I am bagging!!! I can pay you anything for that i am sorry pleasss!
File name is : Nada & Zaid.mp4
I have the folder already in my dropbox page but the FOOTAGE is missing !!
I tried EVENT PAGE, SHARING PAGE and deleted files page still can"t find it 😭 !!!
please I know you have a great team over there and they can’t disappoint me
at least help the client they don’t know yet about the problem.

I'm really sorry to hear about this. I'm afraid that if the file was deleted more than 30 days ago, we won't be able to restore it.
We could send you an email if you want, so we can look into what happened to it and how long ago it was deleted, etc.

You may want to contact other people who had copies, look in your backups etc. to see if they still have a version because it sounds very unlikely Dropbox can restore it. If its not on those places you have already checked its 99.99% certain its not recoverable via Dropbox.

Have you searched your deleted files page, to see if you can locate and restore them?
