Video and audio downloads out of sync

When I download videos from dropbox to my computer, when I play them the audio and video are out of sync. How can I avoid this problem?'

Hi wakefordgary, thanks for posting today!

Could you clarify if your download and then play the videos on your local media player?

Does the video play normally if you view it on the Dropbox site?

This will help me to assist further!

Yes, the video works fine on my Iphone, and it works fine on dropbox, but when I download the file from dropbox to my laptop, the audio and video are out of sync. I can't seem to download from dropbox and get a good clean copy that is in sync.

It's possible that there's an issue with the browser trying to download the file.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

I think, this can be your System Window support problem. This never happens in my system.
