Using the @ function to tag people in comments.
Why can't people that aren't part of our team but have been invited to a folder use the @ function while making comments?
We have figured it out! If the person making the comment has never emailed the person that they are @ing their names don't show. Rookie mistake, idk, but we figured it out :) Thanks for your help!

I received emails, but I'm not able to read my emails until 2 or 3 days later.
I'm not receiving desktop app notifications. I'm not connected to the Dropbox Website and not planning to do it.

- The desktop app has been removed I believe. What you could do is follow any folders that you need to work with, then when something happens in those folders you should get a notification.
