I cannot download any files from the website as I'm getting an error

I cannot download anything from Dropbox. The first time in any session, a file or folder can download. The next time I try  to download anything, large or small, I get the above error message. I have zero faith in Dropbox and want to remove all my files and use another provider. Please tell me how I can access my files.
