Unable to download MOV file from Dropbox
I am experiencing difficulties downloading an MOV file from my Dropbox account. I have tried accessing and downloading the file from multiple computers, but I am still unable to do so.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

Hi Yudit Asher, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It's possible that the files weren't fully downloaded, since there isn't any thumbnail on them. Additionally, the first file is a ". mp4" file (with a space in it), so it should be incorrect and be renamed to .mp4.
Do the files preview normally on the Dropbox site?
